If you live, work, worship, volunteer or own a business in Concho, Apache County or eastern Navajo County*, you may be eligible to join our credit union. Membership is open only to those within the geographic areas listed above and immediate family members including children, siblings, parents and business owners and their employees.
As of December 1, 2014, our official field of membership approved by the NCUA reads as follows:
“Persons who live in the following prescribed boundaries; persons who work, worship, attend school or participate in associations headquartered in the prescribed boundaries; persons participating in all programs to alleviate poverty or distress which are located in the prescribed boundaries; incorporated and unincorporated organizations located in the prescribed boundaries, or maintaining a facility in the prescribed boundaries;
Prescribed boundaries: Apache County, Arizona, and Navajo County 2010 Block Group 1 Census Tract 9602, Block Group 1 Census Tract 9634, and Block Group 1 Census Tract 9638, beginning at the Apache County border at Interstate 40; proceed west on Interstate 40 to the intersection of Arizona Highway 77; proceed south on Arizona Highway 77 to the Intersection of Arizona Highway 377; proceed southwest on Arizona Highway 377 for 6.19 miles; proceed geographically 2.5 miles; proceed geographically southwest 4.45 miles; proceed geographically east 2.29 miles to Arizona Highway 377; proceed southwest 5.30 miles on Arizona Highway 377; proceed geographically south 1.56 miles, proceed geographically east 2.14 miles; proceed geographically northeast 2.11 miles; proceed geographically east 1.5 miles; proceed geographically north 2.28 miles; proceed geographically east 7.47 miles to Arizona Highway 77; proceed south 22 miles on Arizona Highway 77; proceed geographically east 12.2 miles to Apache County border.
and also included are the spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union, employees of this credit union, volunteers in the community, members of their immediate family or household and organizations of such persons.”
